About Us
Our founder, Pall, has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and has taught in colleges all over the UK since 2009. From adult students with disabilities to youths not suited to mainstream schools, Pall has successfully worked with many people from all backgrounds and walks of life.
As the saying goes, give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Keen to pass on his wealth of knowledge, he was head-hunted by Coventry University to travel to Uganda in 2022 to train college instructors, enabling youngsters to learn life skills and provide an opportunity for a future career in the construction industry.
Through running his company and his own developments, Pall has employed and trained many apprentices who have gone on to have successful careers in the construction industry, a testament to the effectiveness of his training. He is passionate about passing on his wealth of knowledge, whether so that someone can start a new career or up skill someone for their own DIY endeavours.
Born and raised in Scotland, Pall understands that there are underrepresented groups within the industry and aims to close the gap by building a more inclusive and equitable construction sector. He will achieve this by empowering ethnic communities in Scotland and further afield, providing accessible and expert-led skills training.
Offering courses in all construction trades from ground works and bricklaying to painting and decorating, and everything in between, ready for you to learn and begin your career in this highly rewarding industry.
